To be eligible to become a clubhouse member, the individual must meet the following admission criteria:
- Must have a diagnosis of acquired or traumatic brain injury
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be independent in toileting needs
- Must be independent in eating
- Must be able to self-manage medications
- Must be medically stable and not require the presence of on-site medical personnel
- Must not present a threat to the safety of self or others
- Must be drug/alcohol free
- Must make the personal choice to be a member
